hi is there any way to get a i phone to i phone chat such as blackberry messenger has?so i can chat for free with my friends on our i phone?thanks

There are a few free IM programs out there. I recommend you check out Palringo.

As far as Blackberry Messenger is concerned, the iPhone cannot connect to BBM.

Palringo is GREAT!!! I also love beejive but prefer Palring for the voice/location/desktop services.
