I open the FaceTime app and click on the name I want to FaceTime or call and nothing happens.

I have used FaceTime many times usually without problem. Internet is connected so that is not the problem.

Welcome to iMore! Does this happen with everyone, or just one person? Does the other person have iPhone? If so, do they have Facetime activated? This info may help.
