Whatever you're doing, do it soon. Any possible value that a jailbreak would bring diminishes every day, and will probably drop a lot once iOS8 is announced. Just post it on ebay or whatever and give the buyer the option for stock or jailbroken like you suggested earlier.

Mine is 7.0.6 jailbroken. It's stable.

I'm assuming you heard of iLEX RAT? Not sure how well it works, but it seems to do all the things a Restore would do, short of you losing your jailbreak-ability. Worth a shot I guess.
