First I have created general restriction password after some days I have forgot it I tried so much but I can't now how I should open it

Just a friendly reminder: your restrictions code password should just be the same as your login passcode.

If you can't recall the passcode and need the restrictions feature, then you will need to restore your device as new. Not from a back up. The old passcode would be in the back up.
