I forgot my passcode to the restrictions is there a way to rest it??

So I set a passcode on the restrictions and I have no clue what I set it to is there anyway to rest my passcode? I also can't turn on my locations services and I'm wondering if it's because I have the restrictions on???

Here's No way to remove the restrictions passcode without restring the phone as new. And, yes, location services are one of the things that can be turned off via restrictions, so that's probably why you cannot turn location services on.
