I dropped my iPhone 6 and there is now neon lines through my screen and a black bubble that expands.

I dropped my iPhone 6 the other day and it was already cracked for a while but I picked it back up and there was a bunch of neon coloured lines on my screen and a little black bubble that expands more and more. I ordered a new screen to replace it. If I replace the screen will my phone work again ?
