I clicked on Safari and a pop came up and screen got dark. What can I do?

I clicked on Safari and a pop came up and screen got dark.

Pop up add says click ok to accept your phone how do I get rid of this with out clicking the ok button

Welcome to iMore! Double click the home button to open the app switcher and then swipe up on Safari to force close it. If you're really stuck you can reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.

Can't you just swipe it away? If not, try swiping Safari out of multitasking. If it's spam of some kind, go to Settings >Safari > clear history and website data.
