Are you referring to the blue circles under a recently updated app? If that is what your asking, you can just open the application and the circle will disappear.

Rather than send you off to read how to do it, here you go:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. Scroll down to the Contacts section
3. Show in App Switcher > Phone Favorites > [OFF]
4. Show in App Switcher > Recents > [OFF]
