How to load your own PDF's on the IPhone 4

Hello to all, recent convert to the IPhone that I am (switched from a Torch BB last week), I have some PDF documents that I want to add to my IBook library. I did a search and cold not find a way.
Anyone knows?

Just mark your PDFs in (Windows Explorer/Finder?) and move them into iTunes. Then sync them to your iDevice.
Or get either Zen Viewer (currently on sale for $0,99) or PerfectReader/GoodReader to read the PDFs in better way than iBooks.

IBooks is not the best pdf reader available in the AppStore.

If you get them in an email or if you access them via safari you will get the option to open in ibooks.
