The just released iOS 4.3.1 firmware update for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has been successfully jailbroken. The jailbreak though is tethered only for now, which means that you will have to boot it into jailbroken state every time you reboot.
I've tried it 8 times and I couldn't get it to work... 2 of the times I actually got it to boot and cydia to open, but after running cydia updates cydia and safari would crash. Guess I'll just wait.
Well looks like my iPad 2 is going to be JB when it arrives here in three weeks I'm JBing it right out of the box LOL it is not going to run stock OS for very long.
