How to find restore from back up without going thru set up

I got a new iphone and I have backed up my old iphone on icloud. The guy in the shop said I just need wifi to restore...he set up everything else but I dont know where to find restore from back up on my new phone !!

Go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Erase All Contents and Settings". That will put the device as it was when you first turned it on out of the box. After the selecting the language and a few other things, you will be prompted to restore from a backup or set up as new.
