How do I uninstall iOS 9.3.2 on my ipad

After installing the update I can no long get my emails, use my auto fill password and I get bumped off safari. I would like to fix the issues or uninstall the update.

You cannot uninstall iOS 9.3.2. Anyway, have you tried rebooting your device?

Well you cannot revert back when you upgrade to a new os. I would try deleting all the email accounts and reestablishing them from new.

I had iBooks not open after updating to 9.3.1. In installed iBooks then reinstalled the application and worked. Will not update anymore until the next big update.

You can downgrade your iOS system with iTunes or RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.

That’s false information.
You can only update to newer versions or restore the current version on your iDevices.
Downgrading is only possible for a short time period, until Apple closes the possibility.
Not even a third party app can circumvent that.
