Take a screenshot of the Facebook post (press both the power and home buttons simultaneously) and then go to the Photos app, select the screenshot, select the icon at the bottom that depicts a box with an arrow pointing upward, select the Message app therein to attach the screenshot, fill in the recipient and then send it.
