Two of my credit cards were hacked and the only link I can find is that I used both to place online orders on the same day with my iPad. How do I make sure my IPad is safe to use again?

Welcome to iMore! I'm sorry to hear that happened. Your best bet is probably to erase your iPad and set it up as a new device. This can be done by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content & settings. I can't promise you that your iPad was even the issue but it's better to be safe than sorry.
