how do i know if I have an apple music membership

I thought I signed up for apple music membership for $25.00 a year. How do I find out if my account is still active

Apple Music is $9.99 a month for a single membership or $14.99 for family. You probably have iTunes Match. You can review your subscriptions by opening iTunes Store, tapping on your Apple ID at the bottom, then going to View Apple ID > Subscriptions.
