How do I enable Passcode Lock immediately?

My auto lock is set to 5 minutes, but in some occasions I need to enable Passcode Lock immediately.
How do I quickly do that without having to change the auto lock settings?

The only way to reset it to immediately, is to change the settings. That's what the settings are for. To do it quickly, you could use the app Launcher and add a quick access to Autolock. Here I have it on mine:
