How do I add a bluetooth? Devices keeps spinning and not going anywhere.

Clicked on settings and went to Bluetooth. Devices is spinning like it is thinking but not going anywhere to give me the option to add my device.

How do I get it connected?

sounds like your device is not working not your phone

Make sure your Bluetooth device is turned on or enabled. If your phone detects any Bluetooth devices they should appear below under "MY DEVICES."
