Connect it to your computer and restore the device via iTunes. The only other way is to remember the passcode/password.

You cannot. You will have to wipe and restore, as D has already said.

When you restore you will need your iTunes passcode though if iCloud was on

You have to connect your iPad to the computer and just restore it through iTunes.

Plug in to your computer. Connect to iTunes and restore. You will still need your Apple ID and password to set up the phone after you restore it.
