I want to look up my iphone 6 by its meid number so I can make sure its a 64gb phone. So how can I do that? Its showing up under my settings as only 12.1 gb capacity. So what does that mean?

Go to Settings > General > About. You will see Capacity about halfway down.
For example: I have a 128 GB iPhone, and my Capacity reads 113 GB
