How can I jailbreak iOS 8.4 when the jailbreak is stuck on 40%?

i looked online and forums say that the solution to error code -1103 is a corrupt jailbreak file and to redownload file. ive redownloaded countless times the the newest file but still get the same error code after constant data processing, if anyone could help i would be greatly thankful!
