How can I get hardware repair for my iPhone 5?

Hardware repair iPhone 5

I have an iPhone 5. It got dipped into water for say 5 sec. The phone is not receiving any network (It shows searching a the left top of the screen). Rest of the phone is working perfectly.

Since it is US purchased, hardware change could not be done here in India. Can anyone suggest how should I get the phone repaired.

When it comes to water damage, it's not really a matter of if it's going to fail, it's when it's going to fail... Replace it.
