how can I erase from my I-Cloud, some books that I have in my i-books ?

i want to erase some books that i don/t want any more.
when i go to my i-cloud i can't even see the folder i-books

iBooks are only on your devices... you can delete them there - and then hide the purchase if you don't want to see it as available as downloadable.
