How can I add a location to pictures in the new Photos app on my Mac?

In iphoto I could put locations in even if my pics were taken by a non geotag device. I can't find anyway to do this in Photos.

Any answer?

It appears you can't edit geotags in Photos on the Mac. Here's some info on that. Scroll down to the part about "Geotagging Photos".

Also if you're taking pictures with your iPhone, I recommend using ProCamera 8 + HDR. It offers full EXIF data and has an option for a date/time stamp that shows at the bottom. Here's one I took last February.
