Ho does the Macs "Purchased" playlist differ to iOS "Purchased MUSIC" playlist

Hi rene just wondering what the main differences between these playlists as i notice on iOS its called purchased music but on mac its just purchased ?

and when I had this playlist on iOS the sort order was different ?

I'm not much for playlists so I've never really looked into it, alas. My guess is on iOS it's per app where on Mac, because iTunes does everything, it's non-specific?
