hey, how to do video wallpapers, where is vwallpaper?

when i had my old iphone and had it jailbroken, i was able to import videos i had made and use them as my wallpaper but i remember i had to download vwallpaper and some other apps in order to accomplish this.

is this still possible now or is it not something you can do yet on ios6
