Ok my cydia is messed up because of a repo called iPhone modding I think and it won't let me delete it how do I delete it

he tried to delete it, and the repo said no, no you will not delete me!
ok but for real...
Can you open cydia and load it all the way?
if you cant boot into safe mode and then load cydia and then delete the repo

let us know what exactly it isnt letting you do
