Having editing and loading troubles with my camera roll photo library please help.

I can't edit my photos in my camera roll photo library. I keep getting an error message saying cannot save please try again later. I also tried cropping the photo in instagram and when I open my photo library in instagram the photos have the circle loading icon and it just keeps loading over and over again endlessly so I can't even click on the photo.

Is your phone storage full? Are you connecte dto the internet? Try rebooting the phone and if it is full downloading some pictures to your computer or external storage.
