Game Center Not Working

Is anyone having any trouble with their game Center my game center comes up and all the little balloons are there but when I touch it it says something about unable to connect connectivity problem things like that and I turn my computer off and I reset my boxes and my computer but nothing helps can anyone help

Setting date & time to 3 days before, restarting, loggig in, then fixing date & time worked perfectly for me. My problem wasn't just that it wouldn't let me log in, but it literally froze my entire phone when I hit game center in settings. Now it works fine. Thanks!
