Find My helped me find one of my AirPods

It's embarrassing to admit that my nightstand drawer is a mess. I had taken my AirPods off and set them on my nightstand to get a glass of water. When I came back, I inadvertently knocked one of them into the drawer. Since my husband was sleeping, I tried to use the flashlight on my iPhone to grab it, but I couldn't see it-- and the more I dug around, the farther sunk to the bottom. I decided to try and use find my to find them, but I didn't have a lot of faith. But lo and behold, it worked! The tone was louder than I expected it to be, and I was able to find it.

It wasn't a crisis because I knew where it was, but it was annoying nonetheless, and I was so happy that Find My actually worked!

For those wanting to test it: Remove the AirPods from your ears. It is extremely loud!
