Favorite App Launcher at Lockscreen/Notification Center

I'm looking for something where I can throw like 5 favorite apps in my Notification Center. I was using LockSliderz but it interferes with ISX and the sliders aren't as responsive as the stock unlock slider. I would love just a row of 5 apps somewhere. I've searched Cydia quite a bit but haven't found anything. Anybody know of one?
