Does the Parrot AR Drone 2.0 work with the 6s

Hi there, I just got my son the Parrot AR Drone 2.0 and I would like to pair my 6s with it to use it as a controller. Is this possible to do this?

The app seems to load fine, yet i have not tried it on my AR Drone yet.

As long as the app is not crashing out you should be fine.
