I am searching for this theme. Does anyone know the name of it?

I just happened to come across the image when on Yahoo! after I clicked on "iPhone 5" in their trending topics list.

Got it. It's a theme called "Deep" and you can find it here. There are almost 80 pages to that thread, and the theme dates back to 2008. For more icons (the theme has been updated over the years) see this photobucket page.

Having said all that I'm not sure if it even works on current devices/firmwares as that thread hasn't been updated since 2010. Good luck!
