So for those that don't know, what this basically does is enable you to sign up for the NFL Sunday Ticket without actually getting DirecTV satellite service so you could just stream it online or through an app. The offer is available based on the fact that you can't actually have DirecTV satellite service installed at your home. There are three different tiers of the service, which are overpriced, of course, but are being offered nonetheless.
Last season when I actually needed this I wasn't eligible due to the location of my home being eligible to have DirecTV service. I punched in my location now and it lets me start the process of signing up which tells me they're being more flexible with this service. And they're also offering university discounts for those that qualify.
