Cydia will not update with Nielsen mobile proxy

I'm part of the Nielsen Mobile Rewards. It requires a Wifi auto proxy URL setting. When I have this turned on Cydia will not refresh/update from any sources. This only started recently.

Is there a fix or should I just temporarily turn it off to update Cydia sources?

I don't know, but if you can turn if off to update your sources, go ahead and do it.

I would suggest emailing/tweeting Jay Saurik (@saurik), the owner of Cydia, and see what he has to say. Might be something he's seen before.
