Cydia Error Message on 5s

My brother tried to jailbreak his Verizon 5s but it froze in between jailbreaking. He was able to get cydia (I figured maybe if cydia installed it might be missing some information due to the freeze) but now when he tries to download anything he gets this message:

What does it mean and is there a quick fix for it? I've never received this message and I've been jailbreaking for years. He's new to the iPhone so this is more than likely his first time trying to jb, besides maybe on an iPod touch.

I've never seen that message before. Since it froze during the process, he may need to unjailbreak it and try again. It looks like something didn't get downloaded when it froze.

I've seen that message a few times with this new jb. He just needs to clear the install of whatever's he's trying to install and re-install. That should fix the issue.
