Okay, so in the process of updating my computer, I have reinstalled Windows and iTunes. However, it is now taking me well over 12 hours for the first backup. I left the computer running last night, and it was still backing up in the morning!
It has gotten to the point where I am NOT completing a backup, simply because I don't have the 12+ hours to wait!
At work, I have a backup via iTunes there. Is it possible to copy the files/folder on my work computer and manually paste them somewhere on my home computer, to decrease the backup time?
How can it take more than 12 hours to backup less than 14 gigs of information? If I didn't have app data (okay, mostly high scores, but some other data) that I wanted to keep, I am tempted just to scratch the whole thing and start fresh!
