Can I transfer my daily candy crush boosters from one iPhone to another iPhone?

I am planning on upgrading my iPhone 4S to iPhone 6. Would I lose all the free boosters I obtained so far once I transfer all my apps over to the new phone? I know there is a way to save the level (game progress) that one is on, however, I haven't come across any information whether the boosters will be saved after transferring from one cellphone to another.

Only if CC saves game data to iCloud, or is backed up when you back-up to iTunes on computer or backup to iCloud... Check with the developer to be sure.
