Can I cancel my 200 GB storage upgrade?

I'm not good at techy stuff, but my iPad said not enough storage for upgrade, so I went up to 200GB. Now I realise that if I transfer pictures to my computer I can free up some space. Can I cancel the storage upgrade?

Work with iTunes support... and for others who may stumble across this thread... iCloud storage has NOTHING to do with the storage capacity of your device... buying more iCloud storage won't give you more room on your device.

To cancel/change your iCloud storage, on the device, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options

You will also see a note that reads "You may cancel or downgrade from your device at any time. Contact Apple within 15 days of any upgrade for a refund."

It depends on when you did it, you have a grace period same as to return a device.
