Call weirdness

Over the last couple of days with my new iPhone, this has been popping up when I dial from my contacts list.

It doesn’t do it with Siri, and it didn’t do it on my 12 running iOS 15. Any ideas?

Try clearing out your Recent/Missed calls.

I have 2 devices and use the same Apple ID, & get that at times when I call from a different device than I used previously. I’m assuming it happens because the eSIM is different.
