I'm a medical diagnostic specialist (nuclear an Radiology) and use OSIRIX for this purpose to review the images.
As a hobby I use Photoshop and Lightroom (before Aperture) to do my photo editing and I use large datasets.
I would like to buy a IMAC 27"5k because of its great performance and resolution.
1. Do I need an upgrade to the standard, and if so what do I need to expand (RAM,SSD or 7i vs 5i)?
2. I want the best option within the best budget and do not want to spent money on upgrades I don't really need.
