Battery usage showing up oddly?

My phone is showing weird amounts of time on battery usage. Right now showing 24 minutes of usage and 43 minutes of standby. And I just charged it fully overnight. Why is it not reading into hours like it had been before.

I understand that but I've had it taken off the charger and it had much longer amount of time for standby. It is gradually going up. But it alos seems odd I have it just sitting here and it has alreadry dropped 4 % of battery life. On a computer as I type this.
