Audio problems and requires a restart

So frequently, a lot of the time it is when I am getting in my car going from headphones to Bluetooth, my phone will not connect to the car and not be recognized. When I try to play audio from then on out I get what you see in the video. The podcast app plays super loud buzzing noise, and other apps either do the same or they do nothing. Restart fixes until the next time. I'd hate to have to wipe and instal from backup as my router is being temperamental and until it gets ironed out, I can't rely on a constant connection for a whole restore.

Don't mind the pesty child who wants his snacks that were on the table or the pesty dog who wants back inside....such is my life.

Try doing a hard reset. Hold power and sleep, at the same time until the screen goes off. Then release immediately. Then turn the phone back on and try to duplicate the issue.
