I’ve probably used a total of 10 emojis in my chats over the years, and I’m being generous when I say 10. With that being said, I’m clearly in the minority and I assume Apple is adding gazillion of them because customers have asked for them or they feel their core customer base/target audience wants them.

What continually amazes me that there is a Unicode Consortium that creates the emojis! And, how they come up with ideas of new ones is intriguing!
