Apps re installing iPhone 7 plus

Hi I've just put my security pin in to access my phone and some apps I've already installed were reinstalling any ideas why this happened as phone was not doing software updating ??

Welcome to iMore! My guess is those apps are auto updating. If you had it on manual update before, it may have switched to auto app update. Check in Settings > iTunes and App Store > auto updates.
