Apple Watch - Messages App (Any Mass Delete Option?)

As part of my job, I receive many text messages. I do like the notification on my Watch, but when 30 or more come in (work related), is there any way to mass delete them from the watch other than one at a time?

Delete them no, clear the notifications yes. Force Touch the screen with the notifications and a clear all option comes up.
