Apple TV 64GB - can I play other "non iTunes Music" ?

I have a large iTunes music (with a small m) collection of around 15,000 tracks, most of which I have uploaded from my CD collection. Having just bought my 4th generation Apple TV, the only music that shows up on it are those albums I have purchased oline from Apple.

If you have iTunes Match or Apple Music subscription, yes. If not, you can play your music synced with iTunes on your Apple TV via airplay from your iOS device, or by enabling home sharing on your pc/mac.
