So I came back I put my iPhone to charge, and stuck in apple logo, I found a video on youtube looking and made to work, but works in safe mode, then I wanted to ask how to make a normal mode?

What or where did you come back from?
Since you mentioned "safe mode", I assume your device is jailbroken. If so, I cannot help you. Having said that, if you'd like to use your device, just connect your device to your computer, initiate the computer's iTunes app (preferably, the latest version), and after iTunes recognizes your phone, select to restore it. You will lose your jailbreak. If you want to maintain your jailbreak, disregard and wait for someone with jailbreak experience to assist you.
