Anyone use the Bleep fom BitTorrent here?

I'm a Bleep user and always get some trouble with it. It's an encrypted chat app developed by BitTorrent.

A lot of times when me and my friend are both online, in my phone he's offline but in fact he's online.I don't know why.

Yes, of course it's a free app. But recently I have been using another encrypted app, Telegram. I guess you must have heard that.
