An Apple Watch Series 7 overheated and exploded on one user, causing them to go to the hospital. Full story from the iMore Blog...
The title made it seem as if the watch exploded and caused damages to someone to the point of having to go to the hospital. Clearly that’s not the case. Per the article, “The watch left burn marks on the user’s couch. He also ended up visiting the emergency room because of lead poisoning concerns, but it’s important to remember the Apple Watch does not actually contain nearly enough lead to actually cause poisoning. He was simply concerned about it”.
