Airplay question

For the past couple days I’ve not been able to airplay or screen mirror on my iPad. I’ve been able to on my iPhone which is on the same Wi-Fi network. What setting do I need to change.

Do you have your WiFi split into 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz? That can cause some problems if they aren’t on the same band.

I do have 2.4 and 5 But all my stuff is on 2.4

The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is being sure your devices have updated software.

I know this is going to sound daft, but have you tried hard resetting the iPad?

I’ve done a hard reset and i’ve even turned it off/back on

Do you have a feature called “Network Device Isolation”, or similar, enabled on the router/wireless access point?

it’s weird because it’s always worked before. even on the same update. my iPhone still works though
